Time to releveal a project that was in the works since 2020! This is the result of the collaboration with dear friend and top bloke Daniel Donchov (of Leaver & Expectations fame) and his brand new pedal builder alias DNM (Dronechov Noise Machines).

Together we aimed to create the ultimate doom fuzz pedal, but this one turned out to do so much more! This is a truly furious, gnarly, over-the-top fuzz, rich in harmonic content. With controls dimed it's basically a fatter Acapulco Gold. The added clean blend circuit is where the magic happens, tho. Like many bass players I've often struggled to keep my tone and low end with most stock dirt boxes. Eventually I found the age old Boss LS-2 trick used by bass players worldwide, where you put any dirt pedal in a loop and blend it with your clean signal. Instead of using an extra pedal, Donchov had the clean loop built-in, which allows you to blend any amount of clean vs fuzz for an infinite variations of tone.

In this video we tried to demonstrate how the XII Inner Circle pedal reacts to the main instruments we use with Feedbacker with examples varying from very little dirt (boost/OD) to light overdrive reminiscing a slightly cranked tube amp to full-blown fuzz madness.

Controls are as follows:

‡ SUFFER is your overall VOLUME
‡ CRUSH is your GAIN amount
‡ DESTROY is your CLEAN BLEND - fully left will be your clean signal, fully right will be your fuzz (no clean)

In the weeks prior to recording the demo we've tried running the pedal in every possible way using various basses, guitars, synths, toys, tape machines and whatever sound source to test the possibilities. To be honest, we are really proud about how this unit turned out. It's really versatile and can serve from light boost/drive to br00tal doomy fuzz for your heaviest riffage.
